OBJECT, SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS

2. For the purposes of these general conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 “UNDERGROUND” – The products sold by the Underground Store, which owns all copyrights or related rights, as well as other rights that may be subject to the protection provided for in the Industrial Property Code, on the page / website with the above address and supplier of goods available for order on the same site;
2.2 “USER” – Any individual, non-trader, who places an order through the website / website www.underground-store.com;
2.3 These general conditions do not exclude the rights and guarantees of the User contained in the legislation in force for contracts of this nature.
The execution of contracts for the purchase and sale of Underground products, presupposes the user’s knowledge and acceptance of the General Conditions.
By accepting the General Conditions, the User confirms having read the General Conditions, having the legal capacity to accept them and to conclude the purchase and sale contract for UNDERGROUND products.

After registering as a customer, the User can access his personal account online, logging in, after, entering a personal and non-transferable password, chosen by him, at the time of registration.
From the moment he accesses his personal account online, the User is subject to the present general conditions, as well as the legal and regulatory rules that govern the respective operation and use.

The User can proceed with his order, in the modalities of registered user or unregistered user.
To finalize your order, as a registered User, the User must provide personal data, such as his name, address, etc. For this, the User must fill in all mandatory fields at the time of identification.
In the case of an unregistered user, he must in any case provide an email address, or the data relating to another form of contact, which are correct and complete, expressly accepting that the Underground Store can contact him using these data, if deemed necessary, namely, to send you an order confirmation and a link to consult it.
In any of the ordering modalities, when placing the order, the User expresses his acceptance, full and complete, of the general conditions of sale, of the prices and of the description of the products contemplated in this transaction, which will be the only applicable between the two parties.

In the absence of availability of the product, the Underground Store undertakes to inform the User and to reimburse him of the amounts he may have paid within a maximum period of thirty days, 15 days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.
All orders will be subject to prior acceptance. Failure to accept your order may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. When processing your order, any and all price errors that may be presented on the website due to technical anomalies will be detected at the time of invoicing. In this situation the customer will be contacted. If the price of the product presented on the website is actually lower, the difference is returned. The goods are subject to availability check.
